1. All information disclosed by the Name of the Person hereinabove and/or those individuals or organizations working in collaboration with the Name of Person hereinabove, written, electronic or oral, that relates or refers directly or indirectly, to this Project including the script itself, shall hereafter and forever be deemed confidential and shall constitute Confidential Information. 2. The Confidential Information shall remain the property of the Name of the Person hereinabove and shall not be disclosed or revealed to anyone except to the Name of the Person hereinabove, its agents, licensees, successors and assigns. Fixer Arabia shall be responsible for any improper disclosure of Confidential Information. 3. This agreement in no way guarantees, or suggests, that Fixer Arabia will be employed, or compensated for time or expenses as it pertains to the development and evaluation of the Project. Should the Releasor resolve to employ the above noted, other contractual instruments may be applied. 4. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Name of the Person hereinabove & Fixer Arabia have agreed on these terms as of this form submission date.
